See more about this pub on WhatPub, CAMRA's national pub guide.

This picturesque pub lies close to Louth's historic St James' Church, which boasts the highest single spire in the country and is visible from miles around. The pub offers a good selection of real ales and a tasty homemade food menu. The pub has a lovely beer garden and is a popular meeting place for walkers and ramblers. It has the tallest spire of any medieval parish church in England, and is second only to the 19th-century Roman Catholic Church of St Walburge in Preston, Lancashire.
